Sparring only works when the Senior Business Advisor actually knows your business. We keep a limited number of engagements running at any time. If we are full, we will tell you rather than hand you to someone else.
Three levels of
sparring intensity
All levels run on the same principle: the same experienced Senior Business Advisor, a fixed rhythm, and no billing by the hour.

Level 1 - Perspective
A second view before you commit.

For owners who want a regular experienced second perspective on important decisions, priorities and difficult situations. Personal sparring on a monthly rhythm, with your Senior Business Advisor. Every session is prepared in advance, and you leave with a short written summary of the key decisions and next steps.
Level 2 - Momentum
From decision to follow-through.

For owners who want to prepare, execute and follow through on important decisions, not only reflect on them. Personal sparring twice a month, built around the decisions you are executing: decision quality, priorities, accountability, and leadership or organisational topics. Between sessions, your Senior Business Advisor stays reachable when a question cannot wait for the next appointment.
Level 3 - Counsel
An experienced partner at your side when the stakes are highest.

For owners who want an experienced sparring partner close by during complex decisions, demanding phases of change or particularly important situations. Personal sparring on a weekly rhythm, with your advisor closely involved in complex decisions and, for selected important conversations, at your side in person or remotely. A direct line between sessions keeps decisions moving instead of waiting for the next appointment.

All prices net, plus VAT. Initial minimum term of 6 months, then automatic extension in three-month periods, cancellable with 30 days notice before the next period begins. On-site involvement is arranged individually and charged separately as incurred.
